Internet Marketer and Retail Distribution
Your business model leverages internal marketing and networking strengths, and leaves manufacturing and fulfillment to contracted companies. You demand that those contracted services provide third-party compliance certificates – but what about your own certification? Customers, retailers, and others will be expecting this. And not only does it lower your risks, but you likely know that it adds fuel to your brand image and marketing power.
Program Overview:
- We conduct remote audits the first and sixth months of the year, looking at a subset of your labels, a snapshot of your advertising, and your manufacturing documentation.
- Following these audits, we prepare an audit report detailing the areas where improvements need to be made.
- You respond within 15 days as to how you will improve, with a detailed timeline to make improvements.
- We respond back to your plan within 30 days.
- Fee is just $5,000 per year.
- Logo use rights, certificate, and access to online cGMP and label training courses available immediately.
Contract Manufacturer
Your customers put total trust into you for making their dietary supplements, and more and more, they are demanding third-party cGMP compliance certification to prove it. Give them the confidence they need. Don’t lose purchase orders because you cannot provide a third-party certification document.

- We come to your facility and conduct at least two days of auditing of your cGMP compliance.
- Following the audit, we provide an audit report detailing the areas where improvements need to be made.
- You respond within 15 days as to how you will improve, with a detailed timeline to make improvements.
- We respond back to your plan within 30 days.
- Six months later, we check back on your plan, and conduct a remote audit and send you another report.
- We do the 15-day and 30-day responses again.
- Fee is $10,000 per year, plus travel costs for the on-site visit.

Own Brand Manufacturer
You directly take on essentially all regulatory responsibilities with your business model. You likely have in-house expertise in all areas. Our certification gives you a second set of eyes on your operations. It allows you to let anyone wanting to know, that you are getting routine third-party audits and making constant improvements not just in your cGMPs, but also your label and advertising compliance.
